Our program serves as a vital alternative to once-a-week traditional outpatient therapy, offering more sessions, more services, and more support—all from the comfort of home.
MENTAL HEALTH TREATMENT FOR TEENS
Many families struggle to find time for outpatient appointments or face logistical challenges like transportation and scheduling. Our virtual treatment plan eliminates those barriers by delivering therapy in a flexible online environment.
OUR DIFFERENCE
While traditional weekly therapy is effective for maintenance, it is often insufficient for those facing acute crisis or complex challenges. We bridge the gap between occasional office visits and hospitalization by offering a higher level of frequency, family involvement, and immediate support.

Amazing facility with amazing staff!Posted onStephanie BilovskyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had to address the fact that our daughter was struggling more than most kids her age. We made an agreement with her that she could still do her summer camps that she loves if she pursued a more intense mental health program. When I found this online, I was thrilled that it works with our insurance. I actually didn't expect much from a virtual program (especially since my daughter's ADHD makes online learning practically impossible). But we enrolled because it was something we could begin right away, wasn't cost prohibitive and doing so gave us an opportunity to fulfill what we both committed (my daughter doing more intense care and myself delivering her to camp which is really good for her and I'd have hated to have to take her out of). Surprise of all surprises, the program was effective! I know that sounds kind of jerky and pessimistic, but we'd done therapy and never got far, again, virtual is a tough fit for her, and getting someone with ADHD to focus on something for any amount of time is a challenge. BUT, the therapist she has here is GREAT! Really bonded with her and helps her. The program is flexible enough to work with our needs. It's fully covered by our insurance which is important. The psychiatrist changed her from a medicine she was on for years but still struggling with to one that worked MUCH better after viewing her records. And what simply blows my mind is she does it! My daughter logs in, and listens, and TALKS.... a LOT! LOL. I thought every log in would be a battle. But I think she likes being able to talk to other kids in group session. And whatever they're doing, it's interesting enough to keep her involved. I can't say enough good stuff about this program, really. I'm SOOOOOO grateful we found it and highly recommend it. I thought I was just fulfilling a process my daughter and I agreed to. I never expected to have real results. And I'm so grateful for that.Posted onLynette OsbornTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Adolescent Mental Health was quick and attentive to my teen’s needs.
